This aircraft was purchased new in 1976 by air service in Northwestern Ontario,
And operated by them until 1986, when it was sold to another air service, who
had aircraft repossessed by bank in spring of 1989. It was tied up in legal
dispute for a number of years, and I purchased it in August of 1997. As far
as it can determined the only accidents it has had was the lh gear box knocked
out of it and it fell down on wing after landing and the casting was found cracked
several times.
